😂 lots of rambling but we still enjoy watching. It's like having a visit over a cup of coffee with friends. Our big change this year was removing the Dinnett and putting in a sofa in the RV. Waiting on our tax refund to make reservations. Sadly being weekend warriors often by now all the weekends for the season have been scooped up. Never used to be that way until 2020 happened.

I really liked seeing you go camping at West Branch and other "regular" campgrounds. I was glad you got to go fulltime but I really like your watcha doins and camping trip videos and I am looking forward to you getting another camper. 👍

Check with your municipality and see if they have subsidies for adding a sewer backflow preventer. It is cheaper if added on the initial construction. Added later from what I read can be $2,000 to $5,000 to have someone else install it.

Glad you fixed the truck leak, that just upped the value in sale. Those raccoons apparently didn't get the eviction memo. The weird stuff of the house, is clearly the signs of criminals who previously lived there, nothing good is right. I like your renovation ideas. You should regain the under steps space, time for wall to go. They may have hidden something in there, you never know too. I'm sorry about your eye Mike. Its so great to see Heidi again, I've missed her! I like to see you happy Heidi. I'm so proud of you! 😊 I'm glad that corporate appreciates your positive changes! I've already envisioned, that if you got another RV, you'd have to have a concrete slab poured into the back section, just to have a place to store the darn thing lol. Get Toyata Rav 4, not Prius, peppy hybrid is better then full EV. Sorry your dealing with septic stink. Say no to the big stink! Great video!

Do your floor drains have traps in them, or are they bell traps. If they are bell traps aa lot of time's the lid rots ou, and they are replaced with just a regular lid. Then, the sewer gases are able to escape.

Do a walk in shower same width as a standard tub. If new owner wants a tub, they can put one in. Walk ins are so worth it!

Enjoyed the video Mike & Heidi. That sun's trying to shine. Like seeing the blue sky. The gray got to me this year. I've been laying low. Took some "empty nest" gave myself a break time. Getting back onto the downsizing. We've been looking at class C rv again. It's a daydream right now. But who knows. It would be nice just to get away. Ribs looked delicious Heidi. And the store floor shining! Good job!

You commented on water backup from the basement drain? There are one way valves or traps than can be installed in the drain or sewer line by you or the city? Could stop the problem.

My husband had same back issues as you, he saw an orthopedic doctor, had an MRI and then steroid injection in the back with CT guidance. Plus was on gabapentin and ibuprofen and is doing well now. Don’t let this go to long, at least get it looked at.

You may be able to get a deal on a Grand Design camper right now. Our 5th wheel is waiting to get towed back to the factory because the framing is cracked by the pin box. There are massive issues with Solitudes and Momentums due to missing lag screws and other missing frame bolts that are part of the upper deck. Ours was missing 1 of 5 main lags on each side of the bedroom (frame to walls) and all lags were 3/8” and Lippert drilled frame holes for 1/2” lags. Caused gaps in furniture, pin box flex and cracked wall sill framing. Pretty major issues that likely ALL will face over a several year period. Google frame flex and Grand Design … we are very disappointed - hoping to have the frame reinforced and properly repaired - likely a several month process … ughh

They seem to me like they would be easier to work on than a rockwood the way they are made but maybe I’m wrong in saying these ? Try putting some water in those drains to block stank. Perhaps that would only work if there’s p traps at the drains.

Yeah every time I ask them about why they're making my basement stink they say that the push and pull action of their pressure hoses will empty my p-traps. My complaint is let me know ahead of time so I can at least block him off before the whole house stinks like septic. Like I mentioned in a video, they better not flood my basement again.

I am only kidding, understand. Just had snow last night, we live by New Paltz, NY. We have lived in this home since 1972, and we are still updating it, as we speak. Have to turn our 21 xt5 caddy lease in next month. trying to find a cheaper lease. I don't mind your ranting on things, i do the same thing. I could never video our life, it is just not us. I do enjoy, and appreciate you inviting a look into your life. Would you do any of this if no money involved? Of course not, time is money. You are decent people, and i look forward to any and all your video's I will not give any ideas for the Bathroom, because HEIDI, does not give a damn.🤬 😆. Was like that when we moved in.. Somebody needs fired... If they bought the wrong screw length and couldn't get the correct ones all they had to do is put them in at a slight angle to keep the screw tip from sticking out... Instead all those sharp points are exposed on every board for the entire fence... 🤬
