After watching you previous video of your trip to the mine, my daughter and I decided to take an off road trip to the mine our selves. We have a well equipped Jeep and what a great adventure it was. I own property in that valley (the Stage Coach Trails development in Santa Fe Ranch). We went up and explored the mine and went up to the pond above the mine and it was spectacular! The goldfish are amazing! You have to go back and show your viewers what is up there. We continued on past the mine on Borianna Mine Road and the views Justin get better and better. Although it is only 39 miles to Kingman, it is a narrow road and very slow going. We met another off road rig as we got to the other side of the mountains and they told us it would be another 4 hours to make it to Kingman so we turned around and came back. It was a great trip. Love your videos! Keep up the good work!

Hi Carol. Don't know when you moved out to Stagecoach but my name is Ted, and I built a lot of those roads out there. I maintained them when I worked for Lawton. I went to work for the county in 06 and maintained the Alamo Rd. blade route until 2012 when I moved up here to oregon. We are coming back down next winter.Tired of Or. need to come home. Stay safe.

I bladed that road several times when I worked for the County. My main blade rt. was Alamo rd. County maintains Boriana Rd. as far as the ranch.

Hi Russ, Nice video, I was hoping that you can make it to the mountain ridge. I rented a AWD Subaru Outback about 3 or 4 years ago. After we did our business in Kingman, we went roaming around in Hualapai Mountain Resort. My wife and I tried to reach Boriana Mine from Hualapai Mountain Resort but the road after Wild Cow Campground became so rough that the boulders were scraping the skid pad of the Subaru so we turned around. The Wild Cow Campground is nice though.

Great video! Can you boondock on that road? Also, the internet says that’s a very challenging road. But from your video, it looks pretty good. We do a lot of jeeping down near Phoenix, but I’m thinking my F-150 with twin turbos and 4 wheel drive could tow my little 18’ travel trailer up there. What say you?

I'll be willing to bet the road going up the mtn above the corral was to a spring, not mines, the source of water for cows in the corral. A pipeline probably runs from the spring to the storage tanks.
