The side road you looked at goes to the camp of the Copper World Mine. The camp still has at least one building. The 'flat area' are tailings (waste) from a mill processing ore.

Yeah Russ, that trail to the right, at 18:45 in the video, goes to the Copper World mine. It's just a little over a mile. Some years that I've gone there it was fairly easy and other years, a bit dicey but not too bad. Last time I was up there, there was still quite a bit of the old mill standing. It's an interesting place and worth the effort, to see.

Great video thanks for posting. The sign at the first drone flying indicated Kingman 39 miles, I think. Looks as if your pretty far north? Have you driven to Kingman on this road?

You could use a good landing pad. You have fantastic video, both with the hand held and the drone. I bet it’s a Mavic 3. (I’am nosey)

I was out there a couple weeks ago looking for some raw lands to buy. We had stopped at Meadview to looked at the lands and Lake Mead, but it was little too far to drive for the weekend getaway, so we decided not to buy it. We from SoCal. If you see anything just pass Needle or state route 95 between Needle and Kingman. Please post the info here so I can call the owner. Thank you, and always enjoy your awesome videos. Dino

Try recording on the outside of the windshield ,it should fix the focus from going in and out
