Our son Dorian was one of the guides that you had at Miles Canyon. It was so need to see him on that video. His friend Dan is your other guide.

Very nice vlog about the town from which I graduated High School and then came back to work as a teacher and administrator. Your experience in the rain is not uncommon for that part of Alaska. I applaud you for converting what could have been a disappointment to a positive and memorable experience. Looking forward to your other vlogs, they are well done with a great balance of comments and video.

Thanks very much David, we really appreciate your feedback. And we can say that while the weather wasn’t always perfect, we had an amazing time wherever we were and that the people of Yukon and Alaska were the friendliest we have encountered in all our travels.

Do you ever cover your camping/travel experiences revolving around your ROCKWOOD Minilight? We own the larger 2606WS and are curious how your trailer performed.

Hi Mic, before our Rockwood 2109s we owned a Flagstaff 26 rbws, the sister to your 2606. We loved it but went smaller because we wanted to take longer journeys and the smaller trailer would make that easier for us. To answer your question, yes, we have been contemplating a separate episode to discuss exactly how out little Rockwood has performed. We have a couple of other videos in line before that one but please watch for it. Thanks!

Which time of the year did you go? I was planning to do it this year September.

Hi, we left home the first week of July and returned mid September. We were in Denali later in August and got to enjoy the tundra in its fall colors.we also got to see the Northern Lights in early September at Kluane Lake, Yukon. The later in September you get the greater the chance of snow and I believe Yukon may have winter tire requirements in October. Have a great trip!

@@TrueNorthCamping Thanks a lot for the response. Perhaps the best response I got so far. Will check the winter tire requirements of Yukon.
