Hey y'all! Welcome back! We hope you enjoyed this visit to Wolf Creek Park on Lake Livingston! River Authority parks are quickly moving up our list of favorite parks to visit. If you've missed our other videos on this style of camping, you can watch our visits to South Shore Park, Oak Thicket Park, Brackenridge Recreation Complex/Texana Park and Wolf Creek Park in our River Authority Parks playlist: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qoK2n2xmlLF-bsk . We will definitely be visiting more and adding to this list in the future! Have you stayed in a river authority park before? Which one is your favorite?

Hey y’all! This is a great camping option. It’s across the lake from another great option, Lake Livingston State Park. We always love a good putt putt game. 😁

Beautiful, beautiful park Tom. How big of a rig can they accommodate though?
@rvamericayall4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Ty! There are a few sites that look to us like they could fit up to 43 or 45'. We saw some decent size rigs in the full hookup area furthest from the park store. Might be worth calling the park to confirm, though.

This looks like a great place to visit. My first time to visit a park. I love to fish. Can't play putt putt golf. I am terrible at it.
@rvamericayall4 жыл бұрын
We love this park! This would be a great first park to visit. And don't worry. The fun of putt-putt is you don't have to be good. :)

This is Brent Murray. What a nice park. We will have to check this out. Thanks for sharing. Would this park support a 40’ motor home?
@rvamericayall4 жыл бұрын
Hi Brent! Yes, the full hookup sites on the end of the park away from the store would fit a 40’er.
@randyrainwater9834 жыл бұрын
Did you go up to the sites on top of the hill? Water and electric only, but it’s like being in another park. Not a lot of wind like you get down near the water. We’ve been camping there for years and use to go there after Thanksgiving with a group of motorcycle riders.
@rvamericayall4 жыл бұрын
Hey Randy. Yes, we did go through and look at those sites and that is the perfect way to describe it. It is like being in another park. We saw deer hanging out up there.

Do they allow metal detecting. Digging holes are probably a big "No No", but I would use it in the waters edge where no digging would be done. Mainly swimming areas.
@rvamericayall4 жыл бұрын
Good question. Most parks we've been to don't allow it. You'd have to ask the rangers.

How much did it cost to camp here? Any discounts available?
@rvamericayall4 жыл бұрын
Hi Ruby Jane. Currently camping costs $20-35/night + $4 per person daily visitor fee. The only discount we're aware of is the season pass for day use.

Hey Croz. Sorry about that. It's flipped in the intro this time because the step up on the right was too high for Stacie to climb onto.
