I don't think jealousy over "not having him" had anything to do with it. Yes they were attracted to each other in the beginning but it's not uncommon to have an immediate attraction until you get to know them. I think once they knew each other a bit better their opposing personalities killed the attraction. I can't blame her really. Jamie's one of those guys who likes to surround himself with adoring females and loves gerring all their attention & adoration but never retaliates and if any girl dares call him out he'll put it on her saying she's clingy or obsessed. He especially enjoys toying with girls like Melissa who, he knows has feelings for him so he plays on that but pushes her away if she gets at all serious. He's a narcissistic douche and i think we've all known a person like that. As far as her dating a look alike you do know people have types right? Although I'm sure Jamie thinks Kelly got a look alike because she couldnt have him. He's a dude who can't believe anyone can resist him 🙄

i've now seen all the episodes in this season up to this 1. my observation is that they all get a little over dramatic and esp melissa at 1st was a little crazy but they are also growing on me and this is a pretty enjoyable group to watch. i like how they have different beliefs and opinions but aren't too crazy but it's also cool to see them want to all be friends. i don't have a favorite but i don't have a least favorite either so far. also the house is really nice and i can tell production/mtv planned out that whole trip and some of the other activities but they've done a great job with all of that. the house is really nice.. but is that a shower in a closet?

There's not a Real World cast member I'm more proud of than Julie. She legitimately was sheltered her whole life, but kept a very nice and kind attitude, and actually wants to grow and learn as a person.

I did relate to her because I was sheltered a bit from a fundamentalist Baptist upbringing. So there were parallels but after this season, she had changed as a person and not exactly for the better.

Jamie is one of those guys who you find really handsome, and he has a lot of offer because of his wealth and education and his kinda cool sweet personality, but he won't really wanna associate with anyone really outside of his socio-economic bracket, which is his choice....oh well. I used to have a big crush on him lol.

A lot of People think she was a bully but she was just straight forward and she's even said before there's only like three or four people she really doesn't like.

I'm the opposite. I liked Kelly. I thought she was beauty & brains & conducted herself well. Jamie wasn't having it because hes In disbelief that there's a girl out there who doesn't want him.
