A few thoughts, the exterior bit I'm in love with, the cabro to greenary ratio is acceptable, quite spacious rooms, some nice interior finishes Cons are for kitengela it's quite expensive, that's the price of a duplex in mugutha, things like room closets haven't been given much consideration The blue paint i don't mind vile but it can be a bit much for someone who prefers neutral tones. There's room for improvement esp for that price,there'd be a bit more grace if the house was 10m

I have been a follower since the very beginning my friend but this is honestly one of the most overpriced property you have ever reviewed. The developer has borrowed the aesthetics only from Rwanda but the workmanship is Kenyan at best. The outdoor use of space is extremely on point though Merry Christmas my friend

The design and space distribution is better with Rwandans. I watch real state projects in Rwanda and they are forefront of architecture. Their spaces are bigger thank Kenyan spaces. That is what noticed. I liked the finishing of steel doors. The wardrobes are so short and not looking good

The blue color is very sad and overdone, the finishing is very poor especially for the kitchen and the gipsum the roofing Is un appealing.For 15 million I have two mansions for 8 million each at kitengela or one mega mansion for that amount.I think this developer did a bad market research
