Can I just say I love this cat? Because I absolutely love this cat. I also love the herbalist, though we definitely have some Concerns about his impromptu ayahuasca retreat.

The final scene with the girls is a callback to their conversation back in V2 at Mountain Glenn. Back then, Oobleck had gotten WBY to really question what their goals were and they all were still unsure of their roles, outside of Ruby who “knew who what she wanted to be.” Now WBY are the ones that can proudly declare themselves to be Huntresses while Ruby has lost sight of who she is and who she wants to be. So good. Cool to see all the V1-3 character models of the girls again in Maya. We got to see them in the V5 character shorts but it’s cool that they’re getting more use. Believe that the Weiss one doesn’t have her scar so it really is pre-White Trailer.
