Thank you! The stock s5 headlights should be a sealed beam housing with a built in bulb, thus the LED harness wont have any effect on them, if anything they may not work due to the ballast. You can either buy a LED sealed beamed unit that uses a similar setup as the stock lights, or youll need the H4 conversion housing in order to install a LED bulb (which is what I did) Its worth it though!

What's the glare like with these housings? The main problem with putting in HIDs or high-inensity LEDs in non-projector housings is they throw so much more light that they blind oncoming drivers, even on low.

I rarely drive the car, and even more rarely at night, however I havent had anyone high beam me back yet! Hella does make a depo light that does project it in a different pattern which helps the glare.
