shit im 7 weeks out and cant get passed 90 degrees

I’m currently 5 and a half weeks out and have about what he’s got as far as range of motion. You need to get moving man. Ask your Physical therapy if you’re on pace to get 1000% recovered and never stop doing the exercises.

@@matijasimic8496 I've got full range of motion now, just focusing on strengthing now. Go back to work next month 😉
