Yes. There is no question. It’s not subjective.

I fondly remember the time when I didn't have an access to a gym yet but had a barbell at home so when my back squat quickly developed past my capacity to row/curl/push the squat weight, back squat a set and return it to the front and down gently, I started cleaning and front squatting it.

Seeing him squat atg is impressive. I dont think i have seen a single thrower actually go full weightlifting depth on their squats much less a front squat

The fact that this world champion with some of the strongest and most explosive legs in the world has calves that look "normal" is inspiring to me.

Does the low bar squat increase the front squat though? I mostly feel my low bar squat on the quads so maybe. I’d love to front squat 180-200kgs one day.

It's more about the RoM and movement pattern than the feeling in the quads when it comes to transfer. Quads are the primary mover and are at full recruitment regardless of what squat style you use. The difference between style creates a different movement pattern where a low bar squatter will hinge more and give their quads better leverage by recruiting other muscle groups to create a more advantaged position for the quads. Low bar squatters also tend to set up their stance such that they run out of hip mobility right at parallel whereas most folks tend to front squat ATG and bounce out of the bottom. So, if you low-bar squat with an upright torso and go ATG I'd expect that to carry over well to your front squat and if not there would be less carry over.

Front squatting is easier to get to depth for people who are really tall, like the 6'7" Ryan Crouser.

It never gets easier as the weight goes up. But I guess his 6'7 build and weight is like me front squatting 200kg at 6'2 102kg weight
