A normal urine sample is 2 ounces. A minimum for situations like this is 30ml or half an ounce roughly. If 1 ng of Ostarine is found in a 30ml sample then yeah he’s in the clear if you do simple math. That’s if 1 ng is found in his system, and I’m using the lowest sized urine sample, 1/30 is 0.03 per ml in Ryan’s urine sample.

It was 6ng according to Devin but doing some slightly less simple exponent decay math given the factors we know a negative test 17days prior and the half life being 24hours for ostarine you will struggle to find any combination of days and dosages that would produce enhancment for example the first 10days on and last 7 off to come to a result on test day of 6ng the most I got too was 182ng or 0.1mg which could be off but is still not a realistic amount to be taking it is far more likely he has a dietary supplement tainted with 6ng he was taking on weigh in day. Now him being 6x higher on weigh in day than fight day is something that requires analysis but may just point to Ryan using IVs to rehydrate and simultaneously flushing his system too much unintentionally combined with different metabolisms. But at the end of the day what conte is saying should be criminal given he knows these aren’t performance enhancing dosages even slightly and is trying to push a guilty narrative to a naive public.

The most exciting fight Devin Haney has been in is against Garcia. He's a boring jib jab weight bully. This is the first time Haney has fought somebody who is the same weight as him on fight night, whereas usually he's got a 20-30 pound weight advantage on his opponents. That has got more to do with the result than any other factor.

i understand what conte is talking about with the pulsing thing during camp and this could be why he passed those tests. but, i think the likely hood that he was able to pass 4 tests in about a month and a half seems very unlikely. if he passed 1 and then failed another then i could see that but to get that “lucky” on 4 separate occasions weeks between one another doesn’t seem very plausible to me. but, hey wtf do i know lol 🤷🏻‍♂️

Victor Conte is trying to help. He's a specialist in this arena. He is doing more to help than what you are doing. We can trust our eyes on pre-fight behaviour, fight night, and thereafter; and now the PEDs. None of this is deserving of giving this little nuisance any air-time. At 6ng it isn't benefiting him directly in the moment. It means he was taking something in camp, and it has not flushed out of his system yet. You can get Trace amounts normally in your system from certain foods and things but not that much

I get Sensei, in the 3rd grade my teacher, probably jokingly, said whoever can remember the full periodic table, all the names, symbols, numbers, wouldn’t get homework the full year. I studied for a week, everything to do with it. I took that little test sheet and got it all right. I still had to do tests and in class work, but no homework for the rest of the year. Ik she didn’t suspect anyone to be able to remember that shit as a 3rd grader.

When I was in middle school I had a teacher that would give the same exact exam 3 times a year. Once as a pre-test, then as a midterm, then as the final. Same exact test incorporating everything we learned in the year, and then he'd give us the answers afterwards. I realized this and the following year when I had the same teacher I memorized the answers from the pre-test, not the content, but the a, b, c, d, or e that we would have to put on the scantron. The final was 50 questions, and I had my scantron completed within the first 2 minutes without even opening the actual exam. I went back and opened the exam to double check that some of my answers made sense, then I purposefully got two questions wrong just to make it look a little believable. I think teachers underestimate the mind of a 12 year old

At one point? No, he's been using it throughout. Also no, that doesn't make him lose credibility, it actually boosts it. He's one of few who openly talks about PED usage in sports (fighting sports, popular sports, Olympic sports, you name it). To anyone who cares to know, almost all fighters in MMA use drugs. I don't think that's any different in boxing. As in, do you think Haney is clean? But I'll give you that. I'm less certain about this regarding boxing than I do with MMA. So, who knows? I still think the timing is fishy, but I wouldn't be surprised if Garcia turns out to be guilty here.

That's because with SIXTY TIMES the legal amount of Ostarine in his system PLUS when you add to this the fact that Garcia weighed in at over 3 lbs over the weight limit, now you can understand why he was able to dominate Haney the way he did. In practical terms, it means that Garcia would have been at least 2 to 3 times stronger than usual! He would have 2 to 3 times more endurance than usual! He would have been 2 to 3 times faster than usual AND would have had 2 to 3 times more power than usual! Therefore in my humble opinion, RYAN GARCIA SHOULD BE GIVEN AT LEAST A TEN-YEAR BAN FROM BOXING........IF NOT A LIFE TIME BAN!
