Check this out I got a DUI. As you should know you got to take a few classes and pass drug tests. So im at my 2nd class & it's empty.... just me & counselor. My 1st class had 25 of us. I asked where is everybody? The counselor told me, they all tested dirty. Me: has this ever happened before the whole damn class? Counselor: NO Me: that is odd isn't it & maybe you guys should take the test. Counselor: no they're never faulty Me: well just "what if" "what if" this has never happened before just "what if!" I leave my counseling class & showed back up 3-days later... Everybody came back to the class. I said what the hell happened? They told me they all came up dirty for alcohol & Cxcaine. So they violated probation & got picked up & thrown in jail. But two counselors did the test & they came up positive...for both too! So they retested them at the jail & they were all negative, so they let them out. Those tests are faulty especially the cup test, you have to rely on lab results. Often times people on probation don't get that luxury.... You're dirty at the dollar store pee cup "that's it" goin to the slammer
