Do some cocaine smoke a blunt etc. then clean up by the next weeks test. It worked for many of them for a long time. But eventually they pushed their limits closer and closer until bam they got popped for dirty piss. Then go straight to the excuse. “My room mate smoked near me”. It’s a similar mindset. Athletes don’t take Ostarine to enhance athletic performance. You would need over 3,000 times the amount of Ostarine in your body than Ryan had and over an extended period of time for it to even maybe begin to start helping you athletically. the ones that are considered to directly enhance athletic performance are high risk and is more likely to make the athlete test positive. an athlete would take a SARM for this very reason. getting the most they can while flying under the radar. also why they consume their substances in large amounts during the off-season and then microdose once they enter the testing pool in season. definitely not as simple as u guys making it out to be. i still think ryan didn’t do it knowingly, just be objective

Not all SARMS are created equal and no you are not more likely to test positive on steroids than you are on Ostarine because Ostarine can’t be masked by other hormones. Just ask Victor Conte AKA the godfather of steroids who works directly with Devin Haney because he helped athletes get away with steroids for many years. He never had any of his athletes take Ostarine. Ostarine doesn’t even have the ability to begin possibly helping you unless you’re taking at least 3mgs (3,000 times what Ryan had in his system) regularly over an extended period of time and studies have proven this so no you cannot microdose Ostarine this is a fact not an opinion.
