I love all of these videos. Preparing myself for another really serious riding era of my life (serious for me is going riding most weekends and pushing myself in the desert). I want to be smart and safe. I have two children now, but lost my father and still want to have that freedom and intensity when I take my kids, as he did when taking me and my brothers. If I had the mindset I do now when I was a kid, I would have realized the greatness that Kawi was putting down in the mid 90's (that's what is imprinted for you in my brain). I just had to go and read up some more, and I didn't know about your father passing. I totally just cried reading how you won that '94 San Diego. There is so much more that happens behind the scenes. How crazy, super late fan here, but I really absolutely cherish the knowledge you are sharing and the time and heart you have put into this unique sport. Thank you! I don't want to stop learning.

@@bunnyman6321 Thanks for checking up! I've managed some good family camping, but sadly, haven't really ridden except once over the last year. I still have some blown forks and new tires I need to replace, and it just seems to keep getting pushed out :( On a positive note, I just moved and have a garage again! It's just been hard finding anybody reliable to ride with, or that doesn't focus on just getting drunk the whole time. It's also way too hot where I live, so that gives me time to prepare to ride this coming winter. I hope I can get out there!

@@noknownthrone2487 Wow! Your situation almost similar to mine. I rode once last year n none this year. I have blown forks n a leaky oil gasket. Currently I'm looking for a home with a garage cos I tore my walls up taking the kx 250 in and out of the house. I wish you much success in all your endeavors. Stay real 💯

I completely agree with not being able to find riding buddies. I normally ride every weekend at some local tracks as a c class rider and always ride by myself so I get scared to push myself to tbe next level because I know I'm alone and don't want to wreck and not have any help.

Are you dumping the clutch or feathering it?

Ryno you just talk so much sense, as a hobby rider I’m always looking for improvements to the bike as I think that’s what’s holding me back but it’s technique 👍
