Ryan is dropping so many gems in this podcast. I suffer from mental illness mainly bipolar + self-harming behavior, and learning disabilities. On top of all that, I'm homeless. But like Ryan said, wake up with a purpose. And that's exactly what I do, even if it means just making it through the day in one piece.
