What’s their character? What’s the culture they want to instill in their team? How do they manage their coaches and players? What’s their vision for their team? How are they going to develop CW and build an offense around him? What are some names for building their coaching staff and why do they compliment each other? They need to let Poles do his job more and simplify it as much as they can. As many have put it, there’s too many chefs in the kitchen. Let the footballers do their job within the boundaries put up by the businessers.

I’m not sure what everyone expects. I thought Poles was good, and I’m naturally critical. I think we should have kept JF and sit Caleb for a year just like Green Bay does. It helps more than people think!! Also Poles biggest mistake was the whole Eberflus experience. I was really disappointed, as Flus was my least favorite of everyone they interviewed last time. I was pounding the table to fire Flus a year before they did. I think we need to let these guys have another shot. I actually think they will get this one right….

JF , 11 teams in dire need of a starting QB , not one NFL team made an offer , only 3 teams offered a backup role . You sit a rookie typically when you have a good starting QB . Jf is not Brett or Aaron , Fields is a runner pure n simple , warren n poles need to go , they will not attract a competent coaching staff .Ryan n Kevin repeated the same ol crap as they did with nagy when he was launched . Calib is a stud... If I'm him , I'm getting out of chicago
