He represents himself as a leader. He is the man there, the boss and he shows it to them. Probably from the very start. Every band is different. There are bands in which every member say one word and finish the sentence that way. Or they all speak at the same time and make a mess out of interviews. Not the case with OneRepublic! They have strong hierarchy. Ryan - then who ever left!

But the dude in it has been running wild here, James Reynes is his name!!!
