Fingers and toes crossed he stay's injury free all season as this is building up to be a big one. Just what the GP's need. Shame Herlings isn't moving up to. If Ryan does win it then he should be declared the "goat" because to win against the likes of Cairoli and paulin who have mastered these these tracks for years, would be sum thing special.

Carmichael won 15 championships and would lap the field. He won every single outdoor championship he entered.....10 times...... And it was mostly on 2 strokes which just makes more awesome.

The dirt looks like the old MXGP track in Monroe, WA... lol. But Gary & Posha would've groomed it until body & bike were comfortable. Good move Ryan. This will be wonderful for you bro. My good friend teaches jazz at a university in Holland and loves it - and he's from N Seattle.

can anyone tell me the difference between KX450f and KX450f-SR? thanks :)
@mozer3010 жыл бұрын
The SR's always used to be kawasaki's factory mx machine's, eg SR 250 as opposed to the KX 250 production bike. So i presume its to do with the fact he's on a factory machine. Here's a link to some of the factory Kwacks of years past www.flickr.com/photos/tblazier/sets/72157631065217302/detail/?page=6

can someone tell me what the KX450F-SR stands for? I've raced my whole life so I understand bikes and I'm about to buy the new 2015...but what is the SR all about? :) Sick video Ryan. I miss the younger days when I was on the 85 and you were on 125's and you were flying past me. So fun growing up and watching you race :)
@user9363410 жыл бұрын
The SR is basically Kawasaki's way of saying it is their factory race bike. Experimental geometry frames can be made and used if it is listed as a different title and still be within production rules of FIM without out subject to being protested by another manufacturer or FIM itself (like how factory ktm uses ktm 450sx-f factory edition as the title of the bike in FIM sx and AMA mx series). It is basically how factory teams get away these day's with building race legal works bike like the old 80's and 90's two stroke era.
@tymotoboy5310 жыл бұрын
thanks for the info brother. Most people would've called me a noob or something but I just wasn't sure what that was all about. Europe is very different with their regulations so that's really understandable. Thanks again for the info Gunnar I really appreciate it

I'm really not sure how he will stack up against everyone else in the GP's. He hasn't raced the MXoN in a few years so we haven't seen him up against a lot of the competition, but I hope he DESTROYS everyone.
@TheHypnotstCollector10 жыл бұрын
There sure is a lot of Crap along the track. Old car tires were Never a motorcyclist's friend. Neither were hay bales, thank God for tuff blocks. Then we see wooden posts in the ground. Those are spears, waiting for you to land on them. Many tracks looked like this 20 years ago. Glen Helen looked like this in c1999. But all these objects along the track are only going to hurt, not help, a racer.

I know what he wants to prove but going to Europe will be like a pro pitcher doing a stint in the minors leagues. If you think he blew away the competition last year wait until he laps the filed in Europe.
@theletterseee10 жыл бұрын
wont happen. i'm a diehard RV fan but I don't think he'll win the championship there. Cairoli has won 8? RV hasn't had to travel like MXGP requires by going to different countries and riding different tracks with different flows. RV has ridden every track in america for the nationals, the supercross they change but still same idea.. This is new EVERYTHING, new team(EU guys not kawi US anymore) new competition, new languages, new fans. He's going to do well but he won't dominate.
@theletterseee10 жыл бұрын
and he wanted to retire, this was kawasaki's way of keeping him racing for another year.

@twag073510 жыл бұрын
Kyle Maxson traveling country to country? you do realize that in Europe traveling country to country is like traveling from Arizona to California...... And each state has completely different tracks. driving 30 minutes here in AZ can give you 6 different types of tracks and different dirt, ect. I think hell do just fine! XD
@4touchdowns1game2910 жыл бұрын
Kyle Maxson hasn't traveled? you do know traveling across the states is just as far as anywhere in Europe.

By the time the season starts he will know the tracks and the bike(GP bikes are different) and he should wax those mofo's, go RV!
@mxwelch10 жыл бұрын
Burnt, several reasons. One they don't flex at all and no flex is very bad. Two, they have production requirements and they are very expensive. That would probably raise the cost of the bike several grand.

Sorry to break it to you but outdoors Villipoto is flat out the fastest, anywhere. Im a hardcore Dungey and Stewart fan, but outdoors, unless he crashes, he will not be beat, maybe once in a while, but not much. He will beat on the competition over in europe just like he did the last time he raced outdoors here in the U.S.
