Btw I know that's AC on the two stroke I have like 20 emails saying thats AC! not RV. I never said it was RV I just said he is killing it.I should have been clearer Adam is killing it!! That's what I miss about the twos you could tell who was pushing their bike by the sound.Now they all sound like lawnmowers and besides panic revs in mid air. Its hard to tell how many rpm's their turning or how hard their pushing it.

Don't get me wrong I am not biased I own both a kx 250 and a xr 500.As well as riding my sons 450f love them all! I have worked on pretty much every race bike made. I rebuild ,port ,polish engines as a side job.The biggest advantage a two has is dependability and low cost maintenance.Its cheap when you don't have valves to rebuild.I can full rebuild my kx for about 200 bucks (sleeve it myself) it cost me x6 that to rebuild my sons 450f. Sorry but 2's are just more efficient pound for pound.

You sir are wrong. There is the SX 125 which is also available, and then there is an SX 150. Its not Just a big bore kit, its actually a different bike. Although it has the same frame and weight, but so does the SX 250. They are all 200 pounds dry with the same sized frame. So all I am trying to say is that you are wrong. the 150 is not just a 125 that comes stock with a 144 kit. it is actually a 150.

wow, youtube agruments are quite entertaining to read. Anything done to a bike, that exceeds the out of box stock performance of the bike is a modification. Boaring and stroking of a bike is a type of modification, just like putting a pipe on the bike is also a modification. Just depends on what type of modification your going for, and what you want out of it. Factory bikes like Adams 85 or Villopotos 450 are modded far more then you can imagine.

It takes more skill to ride a 2 stroke fast fours have a smoother powerband allowing more power to the ground.A really skilled rider can do that one a two stroke it just takes good throttle control.CC for CC the twos still put out more hp I smoke my sons yzf250 on my old 98 kx 250 its not even close. My point is the AMA should have gave the riders a choice not force them to ride a certain bike.A happy medium can be found say a 300-350 two vs a 450f would be even and IMO make for better racing.
