I wanted to take a moment to express my admiration for the incredible content you produce on your KZbin channel. Your passion for what you do is palpable, and it truly shines through in the quality of your videos. What sets your content apart, in my opinion, is not only your expertise but also your transparency. The way you showcase both the successes and the hiccups in your projects is not only entertaining but also incredibly insightful. It's refreshing to see a creator who doesn't shy away from the learning process and is willing to share their journey with the audience. In an era where many professionals keep their work behind closed doors, your approach is a breath of fresh air. Your authenticity and commitment to delivering high-quality content make your channel stand out from the rest. It's evident that you genuinely love what you do, and that passion is contagious. As someone located in Missouri, I can't help but wish you were closer to my area. Your unique approach to your craft is something I believe more people should experience, and having you down here would be a treat for automotive enthusiasts like myself. Thank you for the dedication you put into your work, and I look forward to each new video you release. Keep up the fantastic work, and if you ever find yourself in Missouri, know that there's a fan eagerly awaiting the chance to meet you in person.

they are correct about the offset of those wheels and alignment heads. most newer hunter alignment machine clamps to the tire itself, however the base of it has to be flush and touch the wheel face itself. with offset like those wheels, even the dually adapter for the heads aren't that deep.

Yeah I work at a dealership, the whole ride height thing is bs😂 we do alignments all the time on lifted trucks and stuff. It is true that you need adaptors for the sensors and depending on the rack you can’t fit super wide tires on it. Pretty stupid on the dealers part tho to turn away work especially when you go out of your way to try and get the alignment done

Hey Ryan, do you remember me asking about those tie rod ends? About cutting them? Well I took them off and the lock nut stripped out. I had to run to the part store and buy new inner tie rods. I had to cut the new tie rod ends and also cut the new shaft on the inner a 1/2 in off. It was an ordeal but it’s done. I’m glad I had so many problems because the inner tie rods were very bad. . I have an appointment in the morning to get it aligned. Thank you for all your hard work on the videos. You taught me how to do everything. Cheers, Ryan!

Were the control arms and struts tightened after you put the weight of the vehicle down? Maybe the thumping could be from the binding of the bushings if it wasnt under load first. If not, and everything checks out, it could just be the nature of running such heavy tires, however, I suspect the leveling kit on top of the suspension lift could be the cause as well. Maybe it's engaging the bump stops on the uppers even though you have clearance when stationary. Hope it helps, good luck and keep up the great content!

Yeah you really need a hydraulic press for those rack bushings they are a pain without one. You should invest in a harbor freight 20 ton! You look like you could really use one, mine has been a life saver. Control arm bushings, track bar bushings, panhard bar bushings, front diff case bushings on IFS trucks, & one of my favorites, leaf spring bushings. I will NEVER do leaf spring bushings without a hydraulic press again. But damn dude that alignment shop, talk about pure LAZINESS. That’s exactly why I bought all the tools I needed & started doing everything on my truck myself, witch also watching your videos definitely gave me a lot of motivation to go this route. Nothing fancy tho I’m workin on a budget just like everyone else, like half of my alignment tools & tire changing/balancing tools are homemade but they get the job done and at the end of the day I save a ton of money and I don’t have to deal with these lazy f***ing “ASE certified” a$$holes because I have a BUNCH in my area too & it’s extremely frustrating to deal with. And now that Ive been doing it for a few years and really know what I’m doing i can get my alignment closer then the “ASE certified” techs at my local alignment shop would anyways! Like it’s sad honestly that a guy in his extremely UNlevel driveway with alignment tools made from stuff from Home Depot can get his alignment closer then the “pros” are willing to with a full professional alignment rack! And I say *willing to* because I know they could easily get it on point if they put an ounce of time & effort into it. But, they just don’t.
