Plant. I love the new apartment - light and spacious. I too think the bedroom would make an ideal office to do your editing and other desk work. That room is big enough for a desk as well as a bed so it could still be used for guests. I don't like where you put the bathroom heater. It looked crammed into a small space and it could cause damage to the cabinet and wall beside it (or even a fire). Your bedroom has a has a very relaxing feel to it which is exactly how it should be. Excited to see your new Tokyo apartment.

Quick note though, please be careful with using an extension cord for heaters, it's recommended that heaters are always connected to the wall as connecting a heater to an extension cord can potentially start a fire due to high voltage, which is something most extension cords are not made for.

28:53 Do you have smart light bulbs in those? If not, I highly recommend them! You can dim them at night when you want something more romantic, etc. Or you can change the color to suit your mood, all from an app on your phone. (I use Kasa bulbs, but there are lots of brands doing this.)
