In January 2024, I decided to learn Blender for 3D animation. Someone suggested starting with KZbin tutorials, but I found many of them confusing and dull, which led me to stop learning after a month. Despite this, I still had some passion for learning Blender. A week ago, I came across Ryan King's complete beginner tutorial, which reignited my interest and inspired me to resume my learning. I have now completed his beginner tutorial and am currently watching his lighting tutorial. Thank you, Ryan, for these incredible tutorials. I plan to watch all of your videos and, IN SHA ALLAH, one day become a professional in 3D animation.

Hi Ryan, always love your videos, I have learned a lot from your tutorials. I think the Spitfire model is amazing, but I have one small criticism. The engine cowling just behind the propeller should be round to the same dimension as the propeller spinner cone to maintain the sleek lines. It looks a bit strange with the squared of profile.

Great work Ryan, nice to see the Supermarine Spitfire getting some love, not an easy model to make by any means .Our channel is just ww2 aviation story based cgi models ,we made everyone of them in Blender and all animated in Eevee so this is a very nice concise tutorial,as you hit on a lot of the stumbling blocks like we did and how to get around them especially the wheels, parenting , uv unwrapping etc .Top work and hats off to your sir , another excellent tutorial ...tally ho ..........subscribed !

What a super video. Very many thanks! I got the model yesterday and love it. I can't model for the life of me. I have loved this aircraft for many years since first seeing one in the Hendon museum in London many, many, many years ago! What made you choose this aircraft?

What kinds of websites and keywords do you use while searching for reference images, particularly when you need specific angles of the same thing or something with measurement information?

Hi, great work! I've been trying to texture paint the panel lines on an aircraft I modeled a while back but everything time I change the zoom level, the brush size changes. It's hard for me to paint without zooming into specific areas. Do you know any workarounds for this by chance? Or did you just paint everything from the same zoom level and/or keep adjusting your brush size?
@RyanKingArtАй бұрын
Ahh yeah that's really hard. I can't really think of a solution for that at the moment
