This is just so damn impressive, I've been boarding for 10 years and I'm still no where near the level Knapton is on.

Thank you so much, Ryan! You've been an inspiration to me for atleast 3 years now. Thanks to you, I was motivated to work on my carving, switch riding, and, of course, nose rolls. Nose rolls are hella hard to do properly but this season i started feeling a great thrill when doing them. Thanks to you, I derive so much more excitement from snowboarding! Sincerely, Your faithful fan!

❤️ change of pace , music / guitar. You're snowboarding ". 0 " series goes up but they've always been a "10"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. bet those skiers all say damn I should have switched to snowboarding yrs ago. when you see that what I call a" rooster tail" of snow when you're doing layed out carve reminds me of those power/ drag boats that shoot water out crazy distances... So much power in the carve

great edits to the music, side slips are a nice touch for the mellow sections. :)

The nose roll from different angles was awesome and gave me ideas so thanks. Sometimes the shorter films are what makes them special. Smooth riding with amazing scene!!

I went riding and side slipping today, our conditions on the east coast are not nearly as nice as yours right now. Hoping for great conditions soon. Riding on concrete gets old....

Was taking beaver chair up while visiting breck today, felt star struck when I saw you cruising down the hill haha. I could recognize those carves from a mile away!

Glad you saw me carving rather than side-slipping, cuz I was doing alot of that today (for a future vid). :). Qapla'! Hopefully you got in plenty of riding before the lift lines were insane.

Hey Ryan! I just checked your old Burton times videos and you were doing there a lot of complex flatland stuff like tail butter 540, etc... Since you moved on super wide board, the most complex butter trick I see is tail 360. And even this trick you do mostly off the knuckle. Is there a reason for that?

Ryan , great vid, got your Knapton twin and have 10 days scheduled starting Monday in CO. I’m Sky Blue Products btw on your list. Question, you appear to flip your GoPro upside down at times on the stick from scenes talking to getting your signature board shots, yet your video remains right side up - is that on a gimbal? Or is it corrected post production? Go pro 7 once recording doesn’t do this automatically I thought. Great video!!
@RyanKnapton6 жыл бұрын
Hey Drew, thanks again! I hold the camera upside down for the riding shots, and just make a cut and flip it while editing. Happy shreddin!

I loved it, but my only criticism would be there were a few too many changes of pace from slo-mo to normal. I think your smooth snowboarding style really comes through when the sequences are longer and not broken up with changes of pace or slo-mo. As a piece of art it is great though. :)
