Giving an output to Interact With, turned it from an event into a function and now it doesn't work with everything else if you've previously used it as an event in bp components. Any fix?

Having the same issue, combining it with Ryan's previous inventory system... UE crashes when I add the output.

I am getting an issue. I have debugged down to it being the the Get after interaction button is pressed is NOT valid. I have gone through and rewatched the interaction setup videos previously and can not find where this is happening! Any help is appreciated.

i have a question related to 14:35. Is it really OK to simply use the owner name as the objectiveId? Shouldn't it be something more descriptive? Could this not cause issues in the data table?

You don't need an objective ID. The quest giver only needs a quest ID. I didn't connect and it works. Objectiv ID only needs targets you kill, collect, interact...

Quick question for ya: What's the difference between the blueprint function library and the macro library? They seem to do the same thing, but I don't know if one has benefits over the other. Are there any?

Functions do not support time-based nodes like delay or on tick. Macros do.
