probably 15 years ago at an Urban Outfitters in San Diego when I met my best friend on earth there, his Navy adventures took him there. He bought the matching one with a blue theme. Funny enough, this is one of two articles of clothing I own that I saw Dennis wear on It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. total weird chance. That also was the last time I saw my best friend on Earth, but I'm going to see him again soon! Anyway, I digress :)
