Brock is a cool guy, but he's confidently wrong here, or simplifying on purpose. Reels, Shorts and TikTok usage is up across the board, every year since inception. Reels specifically, in 2022, was up 57% year-on-year, and the trend continues till today as more people want quicker bites. Did the supply grow faster? Maybe, probably even. But it's not as simple as he says here.
