I’m the heaviest sleeper. I don’t do it as much as I used to, but I would sleep talk and sleep walk. Once I was sleeping in my moms bed when I was younger, sat up and went “I used to be a cow” then went back to sleep. And then another time, I walked from my room to my moms room and pushed her over, laid down in her spot and slept. I woke up in the middle of the night confused as to how I got there.
