Maybe it was Farrah’s touch, maybe the staging, which is absolutely stunning, has been changed, but I now think the house looks amazing. Great video, Ryan. For such a big house the individual living spaces are really well scaled and proportioned - comfortable. Great materials and detailing. Ryan pointed out the unique geometry of the house - it’s what makes it livable. Most houses of this size have huge expansive rooms that don’t feel, well, homey. I’d love to study the floor plan.

I liked the railing as it makes that walkway feel more secure than if it were just a long expanse of glass. I think the problem is it's a huge space that doesn't feel very connected. Lots of neat ideas went into the construction but it still lacks a bit of warmth that I think would help it sell.
