-----
Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 - the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.
Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 - the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate - he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, "Sell It Like Serhant," started a successful vlog ( / ryanserhant ) and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can't do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, "Expansion. Always. In all ways."

Now this one is my favorite. Love and Namaskar from India. You have awesome parents but make a habit to visit them at least once every six months, I think you have realized this and thinking something like this now. You will feel very very proud and happy about this in your later life believe me. I know you are super busy but you can always make times for the things you love and as of now you are doing well financially sort of. Love your energy man, love and respect from India.

I did the same thing. I didn't visit home for like 10 years. I live 1700 miles away. I finally went back when I was in my early 30s. Then did it again. Another 10 years went by. Then one day I got a call from my mother. She was diagnosed with cancer. Think of all that lost time. :/ We got 2 years before the chemo killed her. I visited every month during that time. Best times of my life.

Incredibly sorry for your loss, brother. I absolutely agree with you. Time stops for no one. It's actually something I have struggled with as well, being in the military. Literally thousands and thousands of miles away from home. But now that I am getting out, I will be able to spend time with my family the way I should have been all these years.

@@ronchui6108 That is literally NOT what white privilege is. Having that security blanket from his parents is wealth privilege. White privilege is "inherent advantages possessed by a white person on the basis of their RACE in a society characterized by racial inequality and injustice". Their white privilege may have gotten them better opportunities but just simply having money is not racial its the process of getting money where it becomes racial.

chris johnson zillow says it is 11.46 acres but I believe it backs up to thousands of acres that is jointly owned by his parents and their neighbors if I understood what they said during the video

Noah Benjamin the address is 25430 Rainbow Ridge Oak Creek, Colorado 80647 I found it by looking up the name of the ranch and the crossroad sign that he smacked while he was in his jog, I know I’m a creep don’t judge😂

I've been following your vlogs for approximately 6 to 8 months. Your team and you produce great content but this video has an element of [emotional] depth that none of your other videos contain. I'm looking forward to the continuation next week!!! Thanks for sharing, keep up the great work!

We need to start a social media hashtag that says #ryangohome so he remembers that parents are more valuable than money and he should visit them once a year for a week or two. Sheesh! Doesn't his kids know his parents?!?

This is so bittersweet! I love Ryan and respect the hell out of you brother. Your journey is so moving and inspiring. It just hits to home though that you can’t lose sight of why your passionate for success. Family comes first, and I will always put that first in my life over my success.
