Plus she also stated her record label at the time was putting so much pressure on her to release another album. She said it was hard for her to get in that natural creative space again. Then her husband at the time was cheating on her with someone chick in her band. Lauren was fighting for her marriage and raising her kids, so she chose her family instead of the music industry.

Here stylistic choice a bit after the 2:00 mark at the line "Because no one loves you more than me." is just: *chef's kiss* It's like the tiniest thing, but changes the entire vibe of the line from the studio version. In the studio version, that line almost sounds like a plea. But in this version, it comes across way more confident, like she's convinced that it's true.

The no one that hurt us more in our 20s, fast forward 20 years later and your understanding of pain is more profound. That's what I hear.
