My sun nakshatra is uttara phalguni, and the nakshatra's ruling planet is the sun. Does that mean it's extremely prominent in my chart? I'm not sure if I'm understanding this correctly..

Thank You💖🧡💛💚💙💜 D1 Asc 29°55' leo. In D9 Mc, Ketu and Pluto all in Pada 1... Its just ridiculous, that in tropical placidus birth chart the starting point to Nodes is NN leo in 11th, SN aquarius, and in D9 its the opposite. Houses 3&9😜
