I have the D-D version of these helmets. Great product and I can't stress how much I appreciate the detailed video. I have WHIM on my 2019 Ultra Limited and had connected the helmets to the bike, but was getting all kinds of noise. I now can link them to each other and not use the WHIM and avoid the controls on the bike. Works Great!!

Just bought the remaining HD N01 Boom Half Helmets which is essentially the same thing except it includes the Harley tax but I like the sound so I'm thinking it's the equivilant of the HD Speaker upgrade for the 20S I'll find out when my upgrades come in. Getting ready to pair it to my GTS today but just hearing the speakers through my IPhone impressed me.

I know this is an old tutorial and not sure if a firmware update solved this issue... but I just bought my Calvary helmet and have a H-D GTS Radio and was able to give Siri commands with the helmet in the garage with my phone plugged in to the USB in the fairing pocket. Need to test this going down the road to verify. Holding the center Sena button for 3 seconds opened the mic to accept Siri commands. I will add an additional comment after I test it on the road but I was encouraged!

Pretty neat idea, but would like to try one on for fitment before ordering. Hopefully I'll see one at a bike show soon to do that. Already use the SENA 20S and SMH10 so I know the Bluetooth quality will be good. One thing, every reviewer I've seen calls it a Cal-vary when it seems to be named a Cav-alry. :-) Nice vids!

Helpful! I had one issue, maybe you know the answer. I can't find anything thru Sena. We were trying out our new helmets and BF tried to call me. We hadn't figured out how to use the intercom (thanks to you, now I know.). When he called, my music cut out, but no ringing in the speakers. I don't have a mount for my phone, so I can't see an alert. I could hear my phone ring in my pocket, but no sound from the speakers. Tried again, answered when the music cut out, no ring, and couldn't hear him at first. Adjusted the volume and could finally hear him. But we're confused about the phone ring not coming thru the helmet. How do I fix that?

ok the helmet size runs a bit loose in the XL size range...so if ya wear a bandana it fits nice or a bit snug on the Lg size...its heavy on the head .not much padding on the inside ..looking at making a thin pad to fit in the top...you have to use the ear covers in order to hear the speakers... too much wind and pipe noise ..if its a bagger or ya have a windshield it helps with background...but if its hot out and ya want to use the blue tooth ya got to have the shields in place,,,sorry...i guess i like my mp player with the ear buds better...but that"s me..i also wear a modular full face when pack riding keeps the loud pipe's noise down...also its a bit of a learning curve on the system..but once ya figure it out its easy...And as always its over priced...and that is my 2 cents....

Like always, great review. One question i have, is this capable of talking to all four helmets at the same time? Your review shows us that by clicking one, two or three times we can connect to an individual helmet but is there an open channel option to talk to everyone paired?

That is totally hit and miss and you have to consult with the other brand headsets. We have found that sometimes other headsets say they will, but they won't. It's frustrating as the companies seem to do this on purpose, so you have to buy all their products.
