That's the positive side to ebikes - it can keep people biking for more years and get others who stopped biking back on the saddle. It's tough with a 20mph headwind and hills for many - just need to keep them going. Colleagues that have been doing cross Wisconsin rides with family can still do it in their 70s without having to give it up.

On the Oregon Outback Trail, mid way through, we stopped at a convince store that stayed open just a teed bit longer for us dirty biker trash as we rolled in on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and we ate a large tub of cottage cheese with ruffles cheddar chips. Best eaten sitting on the ground, leaned up in the baking sun against the concrete wall of the store, dirty legs stretched on in front of me. Oh. Best day ever.

Great video Ryan. Mmmmm...mexican food! And btw...thanks for not pointing out the obvious "paid advertising" when I served up a softball the other day by mentioning GCN's Si having positive comments on Topeak bikepacking bags. Even though their sponsorship guidelines say they only use products they like...it's still sponsored and money is paid...I get it. Truth is, I've been doing a lot of research...and their price points and my really good experience with some of their other products, has me convinced it's a good place to start. Question for you: Does other parts of Colorado have a cheaper cost of living than the Boulder/Denver area? I have a riding buddy who has a condo in Colorado Springs and he says it's not much different than St Louis...because its not touristy like the popular places. Your thoughts? And yes..I noticed you had a ton of food! It's OK bro. You earned the burn...I'm guessing 2000 plus calories for the day. No worries.

Boulder/Denver and some other places in the front range (and ski towns) are expensive. The rest of colorado is pretty reasonable
