Great video Ryan got a vw TD 1.9 TD with 5 gear box and going to do that swap from hydraulic to mechanical clutch on my vw 1980 1.9 TD it will be a bit of change in my car nice :)

How did you guys go about fuel delivery? Mk3 pump in the mk1 tank?

Have you addressed the fact that the cable is pulled upwards by the pedal not lining up? It works. But leads to a very short life of the cable and very stiff effort.

Also, the cable is much happier running underneath the transmission. Try it. I did it your way for 9 years. It goes under best.

That's a 02A transmission

100mm cabriolet axles. But you will have to clearance the spindle /hub carriers. Very easy to do. Or you can swap in cabriolet spindles

Is there part 3 ? Also I have the original 1.6 Diesel can I blot the original mk1 diesel gear box to a ahu Tdi from a 99 Passat, as the Passat gear box won't fit

Hi ryam, I followed your fuel pump settings on my aaz, with my gauge, but it won't fire up ,how much play at the start, looks like the gauge went round 3 time then bk to 0 ?? Thanks
