Heavy Duty Bike Rack: QuikRStuff Mach 2 Installed & Loaded

In this video, I install and load 3 heavy fat tire ebikes on the QuikRStuff Mach 2 bike rack, using the ramp. I also unload the bikes, uninstall, and fold the rack for easy storage.

Thank you for taking the time making this video. I have two 4" fat tire rear hub, one full suspension 4.8" fat tire mid drive with longer wheel base, and two 2.3" step thru rear hub. I have two racks and like to add one rack, load the ebike, attach the 2nd rack, and add the 2nd ebike on my QuikRstuff rack. I added some cheap 3M baby corner guards to the bottom of the ramp to help protect the ramp from getting scratched up when on the ground. I also added the Curt 53201 aux 4-way lights. I added Velcro strips to the back of the Curt lights and the opposite Velcro strip to various places in the up & down position to each rack. I can then more the 4-way light around depending if I have rack in the up position or 1-2 racks in use. I also lock out the entire suspension because I forgot to do so the first time and had a lot of suspension bounce at hwy speeds.

Just a suggestion... you definitely need to trim the fender, remove it completely, or move the roller pin down on the hold down bracket to get it off the fender and contacting the tires. This needs to be be done on the last bike even more so bacause you are contacting the front fork with the bracket on the tire hold downs. You'll not only scratch the heck out of your bike but the beautiful new bike rack you just spent good $$$ on! Great video and thanks for posting! 😊👍

Thank you for the great video.I watched to QuikRStuff videos and read the manual but they did not show enough detail in their images to be able to determine what to press/push etc. You filled in all the blanks. Thanks

On the last bike and the 1st one I think you should have moved the roller onto the tire. On the 1st bike you could have moved it down and off of the fender and the last bike looked like it was on the fork in the front. Thanks for creating the video

Adjust the wheel holder down to rest on the tire instead of the fender. Watch the eBike Escapes video for an example.

The last bike, you can see clearly at 14 minutes in the video, is NOT loaded correctly. There is no pressure on the tires

Wow, the cost is pretty high if you want to do another 3 racks. Anyways, If i put four bikes, the first one about 110 and the other 3 are around 50 pounds, will that work? Thanks

2″ frame mounted hitch Mach2 limits: 1 bike - 120 lbs 2 bikes - 240 lbs total for both bikes 3 bikes - 300 lbs total for all three bikes 4 bikes - 185 lbs total for all four bikes
