Along with all the heavy sister location stuff, it was weird to me that Moon is in so many of the minigames (and even one of the endings). Makes me wonder if the Daycare Attendant is actually from the Sister location era himself. All the Sister Location animatronics seem to have a trick to lure/capture, so I feel like Moon's weird hypnosis/sleep thing (if we are taking in book lore here) would play into that as well. Maybe he is like a more improved version of the original mimic or something, Sun seems much more hyper aware about himself and everything around him than a lot of the other animatronics. I don't know its weird and something that has been scratching at my brain. Or it could just be SteelWool put Sun/Moon in more for the fanbase. But for some reason I doubt its only that.

I always thought Moon was originally a Funtime that was reprogrammed- mostly because Moon squeaks and rattles A LOT compared to Sun and his voicelines sound more programmed lines, rather than someone talking. I agree that Sun and Moon are more important than we're let on. J-Top once said they are his favorite and SteelWool is oddly quiet on them. Even the times they are front and center in books, they have no real lore drops. The only thing we've got is they were "an old stage animatronic" NOT an old Fazbear theatre aniamtronic as some people think. The log books are vague, their appearences in the game are brief, I could go on. Usually, if SteelWool and Scott skurt around something and don't talk about it in any detail, but constantly throw us a little bone, it's important.

Moon shares similarities to Ballora. They both sound like automatons/clockwork. Moon crawls similar to Ballora. In most of Moon's official artwork, his eyes are closed (but it could be because he's supposed to be sleepy) and the Doomsday Ride OST sounds a little similar to Ballora's Crumbling Dreams. But the thing about the Daycare Attendant's design is that they're pretty Glamrock-y. I've always considered them to be a Glamrock Puppet since their design and how they function resembles the Puppet. Moon also has a broken tiny music box tune that plays in his SFX files. Their neck has a certain triangle design/logo on it that also appears on the Glamrock endos arms. So wouldn't that make them newer or more recent? Who knows

@@aerozin I agree Moon’s got some stuff in common with Ballora for sure! I don’t know how relevant those similarities are except it can add some superficial proof they are from the same Era. Though theorizers (like MatPat) make a point that jesters and clowns are not the same, the clown/carnie vibe the DCA has seems to match the fun times, Balloon boy, and others better than the 80s punk theme the Glamrocks have. No neon, no Glamrock stylized anything. Plus they seem VERY segregated from the Glamrocks. Seems very unlikely to me that they’re Glamrock models, but maybe they WERE meant to be a version of the puppet. There are a lot of visual similarities and parallels to potentially support that!

For the three forward-facing animatronics on the title screen, it's a representation of the three games they are taking characters and gameplay from. You have Roxanne for SB, Funtime Freddy for SL, and Funtime Chica for FNAF 6. Having Baby behind you just makes me think she's important (or at least SL is).

Before we had an official name for the Tangle, back when everyone was only calling it The Blob, MatPat described it as "a tangle of spirits". I personally believe Scott saw/heard that stream and decided MatPats description was an apt name for it.

I always thought it odd that baby in help wanted to explained that she enjoyed being in the sister location and how safe she felt. Which does not match up with either Elizabeth or the original baby in the original sister location game. Furthermore it’s very eerie how the last game she plays with us is her basically copying William Afton as being the boss ordering us around. I’m wondering if perhaps Elizabeth spirit lives in the VR World/FNAF world/“Afterlife”. But what does this mean for Roxy being grouped with the Funtimes…

Roxy may just be because of Cassie the Little girl. But she also has those see through eyes which definitely seems like a Funtime lure thing. She’s also a lot more aware than chica or Monty at least to me she sounds like more than just lines. Like she has an actual personality. I'm not sure what/if anything we can do with this information (e.g. not sure we can say Jack O'Moon is possessed or represents someone who was killed at Fall Fest), but it might become more relevant as we learn more about Fall Fest and Moon/Sun/Jack O'Moon.

my idea would be that the pizzaplex was built on top of two pizzerias: circus baby's and fredbear's. I mean, in security breach and ruin we visit the ruins of both fredbear's and circus baby's. the being "tangle" got his masks from both old locations. well... if the pizzaplex was built over circus baby's and fredbear's then it's safe to assume that Help Wanted 2 takes place at the pizzaplex.

Problem with the graves being 'released order:' who knows what order they were released in? Even if that was known, who is it important for? Cassie's dad? Afton? The Mimic? If that's the order they were released it almost seems like the story telling us the original MCI never even happened and this was a mimiced version of Happiest Day.

Do you think that lefty could be a refurbished carnie? This is a very long shot, im talkin 100 yard football kick, but its just some fun thoughts that could conjure up something in the community. If you look at burnt carnie's model you can just barely see that his right eye is more withered. You may have to squint. But say that at that time his right eye got replaced because it was the most damaged of the two, after decades of collecting dust and rotting away, the untouched eye could have decayed to the point of becoming black. As Henry repared carnie to become lefty, the orginal eye may have stayed or been replaced with a new black eye for a unique touch. A more realistic approach could be the lefty's design is INSPIRED by his burnt orginal. The eye rotted eye i just mentioned could have inspired the black eye detail. One specific character of that I think could drive home this theory is the color. Burnt carnie is a muted brown with white char accents. But if you were to scrape all of burnt plastic off, you be left with a black tarnished metal. Notice that lefty is not solid black, but a metalic, gun metal black. I think it is possibe that lefty is either a repaired version of carnie, with it's new design based on the chared scraps of the original, or lefty was a completely different animatronic who's build was inspired by the remains of his counterpart. By the location of Fazer Blast and hint we see, I think that carnie was most likely a part of Fall Fest(most likely the 1970 event) if so, do you think it's possible that carnie was one of Henry's first animatronics. That was a whole decade before our first look at fredbears. Whether or not Fredbear's opened before 1983. I highly doubt that it was an establishment before 1970. I noticed that there is no sign of Freddy’s or Fredbear's on the poster. Which leads me to believe that this fall fest may have predated everything. The running theory is that the mediocre melodies were his first animatronics, made to rip off Freddy’s fame. But being that we see an animatronic a decade before that, that closely resembles one of his final animatronics. It really seems that carnie could be his first. Here's some food for thought. Henry has been deemed a copycat in the early timeline for the mediocre melodies. But if he made his first BEAR animatronic at a children's theme event in 1970, is he really the copycat? If William stole the idea and made Fredbear's, and Fredbear's became as big as it did. No one would bat an eye at a small carnival with a simple bear animatronic. I don't know if I like this idea, but I'm just throwing everything I got to see what sticks. Is it possible that William set the carnival on fire to one, prevent it from becoming more successful. And two, to take that idea and reuse it for himself. I don't think he was pure evil at this point, or really evil at all. But it's still just a thought. I don't really think that lefty is a remade carnie. I think it's possible that the design could have been inspired by the withered design. But I doubt that they put that much thought into a connection like that. I am pretty confident, though, that carnie was most likely the first and that Henry was never really the copycat. But more so, tried to reclaim the ideas stolen from him later on after William's fame.

The main issue I have/see with believing that the graves lighting is a memorial to them is that regardless of the order you will always proceed though the proper order leads to the Bonney mask. That would be saying that the character we play as knows the order in which the spirits moved on and they are paying respects to them. That simply doesn’t work for any possible characters we believe to play as

I still feel the graves are most likely death order. They can’t be *possession* order because Charlie is the first to possess a character, that is indisputable. They *could* be some sort of hierarchy or the order they move on, but like… whyyy? That doesn’t tell us anything useful or even interesting. We’ve known that Charlie is more powerful than the others and that she is freed last since like, FNaF 3. Why show us again? I think the biggest piece of evidence is Chica saying that she’s the first, and then the graves showing a sequence of numbers with her as the first. Like, if the graves turn out to mean anything but death order, it would honestly be such a baffling choice to arbitrarily have Chica be first in a list, but it has nothing to do with the time she *famously* said she was first.

One thing about Desk Guy that I think we forget: Scott Cawthon is also in the games as the 'rogue indie developer.' His book counterpart has a different name and backstory, but this character clearly exists in-game. So there's definitely narrative room for Desk Man to exist as more than a frustrated Scott cameo. Is it Henry? IDK. It is in the Silver Eyes, kind of. But if Baby were created first and separately from the other Funtimes, it could answer a few timeline questions.

For me personally, I interpret the main title screen of HW2 as a direct connection between HW2 and Sister Location. So many members of the community speculate we are playing as Cassie’s dad in HW2 but another question that is surrounding Cassie’s father is if he is one of the technicians from Sister Location that we hear talking. During the Roxy makeup mini game in HW2 after taking off the Vanny mask we are shown the protagonist of HW2 is the one to give Roxy the mask she has in Ruin. In the loading screen, as you pointed out, all of them are Funtimes, minus Roxy. For me only having Roxy be there is so weird it has to be on purpose and establishing that our protagonist is going to make choices that will affect Roxy’s future in the franchise by giving her the mask we see in Ruin builds that connection between the protagonist and her and for there to only be one connection has never been an option in this franchise so ofc there needs to be some kind of connection between the protagonist and all these Sister Location animatronics and the only loose end that really applies to this situation is the question that was previously stated, “Was Cassie’s dad one of the Sister Location technicians?” It would truly make no more sense (at least for me personally) if there was no connection when all of them are from Sister Location and then they just threw in Roxy. There’s got to be something there and that’s just how I personally interpreted it.

Playing off the question of Sun and Moon ruining the fall festival -> MCI… I could see Sun and Moon causes the Fall Fest fire because they went haywire, William telling Henry they need to revamp the animatronics, Henry saying they cant (maybe money concerns), THEN the Crying Child gets bitten. Maybe then William has extra reason to blame Henry and want revenge.

Ok I think I have a theory but it can most likely be disproved. So technically couldnt ruin be taking place in a whole new pizzaplex considering if the books are canon there is several different pizzaplex’s. Which leads me to start understanding why there is a “prototype” foot or glamrock freddy in general because its not the one we know its a replacement for another one at a different pizzaplex. But people might think well why is this pizzaplex damaged. I have two answers one is that an earthquake could happen anywhere or even vanny or mimic could try and corrupt more pizzaplex’s and the animatronics within. Two is that Scott was just listening to the fandom and wanted to make a darker and “scarier” setting for the game. But alas I have no idea if this is correct but theorizing is like 99% of the lore at this point.

Thoery Review with Crashmaster- -I would say that desk guy and Baby in FNaF World were just teases of things to come for the series. At the time of FNaF World, the latest entries we had we're FNaF 4 and the Silver Eyes. We know in the Silver Eyes that Henry did die years prior due to suicide (😔) and he would have a hand in the animatronic that would become Baby in the Fourth Closet. Though, I don't think he actually made Baby in the games and the theory isn't right because the only connection is through parallels which you have to squint at with the connection:Henry made an adult Charlie robot that he abandoned and was incomplete, William found it, tampered with it and used a sound illusion disc to make it into the robot we see in the Fourth Closet. Henry-made-Baby is missing SO MUCH context, and there's like no proof for it in the games since Henry isn't dead in the games and has no other connections to Baby or desk guy. (I also don't hate the idea of Desk guy being Scott in FNaF World, especially since he made an old Steam post about how the only 2 animatronics he's afraid of is Bonnie in FNaF 1 and a secret animatronic with the female pronoun, which leading up to Sister Location is implied to be Baby. I just don't buy it entirely since Animdude/Scott is in FNaF World already, but maybe desk guy is a version of Scott IRL instead of his in universe avatar of sorts. IDK. Just feels a little odd to me, not to mention DARK that he's dead with blood leaking on the table. YEESH, that man deserves his retirement.)

The Biggest question surrounding Gregory is WHY? Why does Gregory Do ANY of this. It flat out don't make sense why Gregory would want to save Vanessa. Doesn't Gregory hate Vanessa in a way? Even with glamrock Freddy, Sure Gregory uses Freddy to Move around. But Gregory Destroys Freddy's Friends to Put their Parts into Freddy. That and the fact that Gregory Backstabs Cassie at the end of ruin. People can say that the Mimic Did that. But if It Did Do that, wouldn't it seal it's only Exit? And also how would the Mimic know That the Battery powered the Elevator?

The Mimic is William Afton. Or rather the remains of William Afton in a “rebooted zeroed out animatronic” after what was left of his human remains and spring Bonnie remains were incinerated. This is why the Aftons talk with a British accent even though they grew up in America. This is why Micheal “won’t die” and Elizabeth and the Crying Child needed to be “put back together”. The Aftons are a family of Animatronics made by Henry. Started out with one and then he made more so that the mimic AI wouldn’t get lonely.

When the idea got brought up again that we watch footage or logs in help wanted 2, i got an idea. Since all of it is still in vr and we look through the eyes of someone else, what if some of the logs are made by endos or robots? For minigames that are recordings, we could be looking through the eyes of some robot, considering we use both our hands often and can look around freely. This would open the doors for some wild concepts, like endos teaching other endos, or some of the minigames being simulations in a robotic mind. But to counter my own idea, gopros exist and would likely be readily available in the time of security breach.

I was thinking that the SL imagery was another hint at Vanny being in control and accepting her role as a recreation of Elizabeth Afton. If I am not mistaken, the hand that gives you the ice cream from Baby's hatch is the same color as the Vanny suit. The "They are watching" also sounds a lot like the logs (I forget which ones) which are assumed to be about Vanessa making the Vanny costume. I think this game is mirroring both SL and the SL minigames where a character is lured by something they 'know' is for them (Elizabeth believing Baby was made for her, and Michael having been told he needs to go down to the bunker) but being killed. The Vanny identity is assumed to be derived from the Mimic Program, so it would make sense for Vanny to impulsively imitate past events.

So, I've always held my own personal theory that vanny is baby (Eleanor shape shifting version. In theory her body was in the locked box -that we never got to open in the games- just like Charlie's was, similarly, in the books). Not Vanessa. Or, at the very least, baby is going to be the "final boss" per se. In the books, the plotline is often turned back to baby/Eleanor being the mastermind or "final boss." Obviously, I'm not an expert and I hold this very loosely. I love hearing other peoples theories. I actually heard one recently that was talking about mystic hippo and that she is tied to vanny. She is one of the few that say "what makes you so special" along with moon, both being tied to vanny (in theory) would connect baby to vanny immediately. She also "pretends" as your "boss" in her night with the plushbabys. Tells you that you are a "good employee" and a "hard worker" and then she gives you what is essentially her signal for death. That's what it means to most players anyway, like how a lot of the KZbinrs hesitated to take the ice cream because that's what it meant to them, instant scooping/Unaliving. Essentially her way of saying *she's got you right where she wants you*. I know that part had to mean something. I would love to hear people's thoughts on this. ✌️

So, there is another strange detail about Baby in Help Wanted 2. During her walking animation in OFFICE JOB INTERVIEW. Her LEFT leg button is glowing blue. At first i thought that this indicates the emergency stop, but there is a small issue, on Circus baby blueprint we see that emergency stop is on her RIGHT leg and i highly doubt that is some kind Fazgoo cuz that a BABY a pretty important character of franchise that still has a lot of mysteries.That's another weird detail that they might will be revealed to us later,like with her chip.

NO RYE don't give up on the death order. If the spirits are released in the fnaf 6 fire, then they all go at roughly the same time. Why would the exact order matter? Think of it from the perspective of steel wool/scott. Why do they want us want to know the order of the spirits being released? Same thing with Chica's line, why would they tell us which of the MCI is first? Does it matter? Why would they have Chica say she's seen everything when she hasn't? Just to mislead us? I cannot allow that to be the answer lol. If we're in a situation where they can show us a character saying "I was the first. I have seen everything," and they aren't really the first and they haven't seen everything, we're never gonna figure any of this out. XD

Susie still could be first of the MCI 🤷‍♀️ and her "everything" could just be the implication of that incident. She's seen it "all" when it comes to the kids who have died after her and what's come out that, but not necessarily everything before. And her being the first to die from that incident/the first to be put to rest still makes sense regardless of how you view the graves. Oooh also. Isn't this line from UCN, a "non-canon" game? If player character in HW2 is "the last human employee" and we are NOT Vanessa/Vanny, doesn't that heavily imply that she is a robot? She is clearly present either as Vanny and/or works as a security guard as Vanessa. I personally believe the human-like robot Vanny/Vanessa is/are a creation(s) much like in the 4th closet, created by Baby, as Baby has a mimic endo, she is capable of learning how to assemble animatronics from her creator. If Baby wants to be a 'real girl' she needs a more convincing body, and after all, "she escaped from the fire, but was permanently scarred" aka became Scrap Baby; a horrifying creature that does NOT let her look human at all. Maybe that chip in Helpy's brain is destined to allow Baby to truly look human by inhabiting the human-replica Vanny/Vanessa, and finally becoming the games version of "hot charlie" Baby.

I think Yendo is the ''new'' animatronic "Carney" and not golden Freddy's endo. It wouldn't make any sense if it did because, that would mean that golden Freddy was a Sister location animatronic and it's not. So "Carney'' is an old animatronic but its new to see its outer shell or model. I seen the eyes and endo resemblance and it is too perfect. Maybe the Carney animatronc endo Easter egg that got a whole hard mode in the newest game was one of the many missing answers we had from trying to understand Sister Location.

I thought that I have is that it is possible that Henry made Sun/Moon or what started out as Eclipse as the original security puppet for FNAF2 but something occurred at fall fest that changed that Let’s think about it. Sun is great with kids and active in the light (during business hours) and Moon is active in the dark (when no kids are around and business is closed thus the lights would be off). It is possible that this was the start of Henry making new tech animatronics and possibly showcasing or implementing for the fall fest before it’s disaster

My only issue with the PQ graves being the order that the victims moved on is that, to put it somewhat bluntly, why do we care? Like it feels like way too many details that nobody was asking for or even debating, so it feels like an odd choice of something to clear up when there's so many other important details in the game. Also from the happiest day minigame it seems like all of the MCI victims (minus cassidy) move on at the exact same time, so it fees sus to pretty explicitly ordinate them-though you could say they moved on in the same order they died, I guess...

"My friend has a map of the area." Cassie's dad becomes "Mapbot" in the bad ending. Why would the "spirit release" order matter to anyone? The order the spirits are released doesn't have a single impact on the lore or timeline of the story. The death order does. Susie is first, she's seen everything, which is why the Chica grave is #1. Then the rest of MCI victims. Then Henry builds the puppet to protect kids after all the missing kids, after which Charlie is killed. And finally Crying Child. It's simple, it's straightforward, and it actually serves the lore of the games. And I know this franchise isn't known for "simple and straightforward", but I think we're over-complicating it trying to make it anything other than death order. I understand why MCI feels wrong. There's no "why". But there's no "why" for any of this. The fact is we're missing a big piece of the puzzle. Until we have the inciting incident, there will be no motive. If the motive is the death of his child, then CC was first, Charlie 2nd, MCI 3rd. If the motive is his jealousy, then Charlie was first, and either CC or MCI.. If the motive is he's a sociopath, wants to study remnant, or something else, then MCI was first. But we don't know that he was ever jealous. We don't know that he wanted revenge for his son's death. We don't know anything about his actual motives. So any timeline is going to feel wrong to some degree. Hopefully we get a Fall Fest game, and hopefully that starts to fill in some of the questions around why and how this all started.

I have nothing really disproving the "the graves symbolize the release of the children" Theory, but some stuff just doesn't sit right with me. First of all wasn't ultimate custom night's lore all about "the one you shouldn't have killed" (cassidy) not moving on and tormenting william for eternity? And even if they moved on at some point, why would charlie of all people move on after cassidy? The order is what bothers me here probably the most. In this case it's very odd that the MCI kids moving on lines up pretty well with their deaths (Chica being the first and all). And that begs the question why do we get an order in the first place? Seriously, what would Steel wool want to achieve with giving us a definitive order of them moving on? Because the order is definitely important, otherwise we wouldn't need to do the puzzle in the first place. That they all move on individually one after another also feels off. Killing one kid after another makes sense, someone logically would be the first and another one would be the last kill, but moving on to the after life is something completely different. The MCI kids minus cassidy are often times grouped together (help wanted as just one example), so if they go to the after life, wouldn't they go simultanously? Or at least so close to one another that the order doesn't matter. This would make me question, why they put chica as the first in this order as well, although it'd be much more helpful if she wasn't, so that we don't speculate in the wrong direction. Additionaly it'd make much more sense as well, given she "saw everything" and would be much more reluctant to go with that knowledge. So what would we get out of there, when we know chica moved on first and so on. There needs to be a reason otherwise this whole thing just appears very arbitrary imo. Like I said this doesn't debunk anything, but the alternative theory feels more cohesive, at least to me. I know you want this theory to be correct, so you'll not see it as problematic. And it also has compelling evidences like you and John stated. For me though it just doesn't feel quite right.

nah, the mimic and baby problem isnt too big of a problem. from what i have seen people agree that our representation of the endo the mimic is entirely separate from our representations of the mimic one program. plus there were several mi mic 2 endos as well so the baby chip could easily be mimic one and or the funtimes could be the remnants of the mimic o2s. with the mimic endo being the orignal mimic from the 70s.
