Really cool thing about Mess' gibberish lyrics: they're actually made to accompany the percussion of the song. He uses his vocal cadence to add an additional rhythm instrument to the song and I've never heard anyone else do anything like it in music.

Dgd has really good lyrics, the screamer does have funny lyrics a lot of the time 😂 it’s almost as if for comedic relief from the other intense lyrics or that’s how I look at it. Not all the time though, they have a song called Say Hi and a Jon Mess lyric that always stood out to me was “how do I say hi to another guy when I want to die?” You should check it out!

The Spoken comp was spot on! I've been listening to DGD for years and never made that connection. I've seen them live countless times, and they only get better.
