Looks and sounds great. I just installed the Two Brothers on my Ryker and it is a racing exhaust. Way too loud if you live in a neighborhood and want to be a good neighbor. I ended up buying a muffler repack for glass pack mufflers from Amazon and it is much quieter now but still has a good note and still burbles on deceleration. I'll do a video on it sometime. The best part was getting that very heavy stock muffler off and replacing it with a much lighter one. Good job and congrats to your able assistants.

Sounds great! I had a TBR pipes on my Valkyrie. Those exhaust cans were about 4.25 inches at the opening. They were straight through but had baffled that would keep it quiet at low throttle but open up the throttle and it sounded like a cross between a small block Chevy and a Porsche in heat!!! The Valkyrie had a horizontal apprised 6 cyc like a Porsche!! Loved and miss that bike!!

Hey ,another tool for your tool box you need is a 12in breaker bar and maybe even a 16in breaker bar so you can get better leverage on bolts that’s hard to take off

A slight pitch difference (LOVE feeling the thump in my chest!), but I gotta say there's nothing more hype to me than a grimey growly set of pipes (ps: guttural is the PERFECT word)! Just wanted to tell you how helpful this video was. I followed your advice about pulling springs first. I used a bungee to hold exhaust in place and for me putting back on that inner spring was a real RITA lol. My RLS twin chaos sounds awesome 👌

Totally agree! You really only get 2 tones without gears. My favorite is the sound when it's idling. At higher speeds you def. need ear plugs!

Sounds really nice! Did the builder by any chance tell you to let it idle for 10 to 15 minutes after install? I've been told that by a couple of different custom exhaust makers. They say it's to allow the onboard ECM time to re-tune the bike for the added air throughput. Not sure if it's the same on a Ryker (I ride an F-3).

Hi there. I only had the exhaust on for a couple of days. I had no issues other than it being intensely loud. Not sure if that helps of not. Personally, I love how the Ryker sounds on its own.

Spring tool looks like the "tool" we used to make to tighten our hockey skate laces. 😉 Using a breaker bar is safer than PVC pipe. Or, use a torque wrench. PVC pipe could break. OH, YEAH! Sounds awesome. (Thanks to your use of the wired mic.) Just a thought. If there's a significant difference in volume, you may also have a significant difference in fuel mixture. Be sure to check your spark plugs, occasionally, for any signs of a lean running condition.

The nut may have been loosened while it was warm, now it has cooled down it will contract, explaining why you are having the problem of it being too tight.

No, I was told it is not necessary. But worth looking into.

@@RykerRydes yeah I got same exhaust and filters as you. Bill said it wasn't needed till you got a high flow air intake with the exhaust or other performance upgrades. Justed wanted your opinion too. I'll prob ride it like it is till I get intake.

If anyone touched the exposed tips of the exhaust then it is a good idea to wipe it down with rubbing alcohol before starting it so that the oils from your skin (fingers) are not burned into the exhaust once it gets hot. On a motorcycle you would wipe down the entire exhaust because one can see all or most of it and who wants to see burned in finger prints. :)

So I have heard that installing an aftermarket exhaust can void your warranty, have you or anyone else reading this heard the same. I am under an extended warranty but I would love to purchase something to replace the stock muffler. Will this impact warranty?

I hate to pass the buck, but to be 💯 sure, you really need to call your dealership and ask them. That way you’ll be confident with your choice.

I did a little more research and technically if the issue can't be linked to the aftermarket product, the consumer should be ok with the warranty, but it appears that most dealers seems to want to link the product you added on your own to the service repair issue and don't want to honor the warranty for that particular repair. Unless it is obvious such as something wrong with the handlebars and they point to your exhaust . If it's not too much trouble I think the best option is to just reinstall the OEM product and then there would be no finger pointing. It's probably going to be a different response for each dealership depending on their integrity. Thanks so much and love your videos!!!!

Hey Ghost! Let me know when your links arrive. It should be anyway!! Without the muffler, the gas smell was too strong, and too close to your face. You can always straight pipe, and it'll push the gas vapor to the back of the bike.
