Is it possible to beat a Hardcore Nuzlocke using only Pokemon species with names beginning with the letter C? Let's find out! This is an especially tough challenge on Pokemon FireRed because there are only 6 Pokemon I can catch in the entire game.

Ghost moves being physical is entirely due to Lick being the only damaging ghost move in gen 1, gen 2 only brought in shadow ball and became the basic ghost move and then gen 3 brought astonish and shadow punch which made sense to be physical

When you get to E, I think it could be interesting to do XD Gale of Darkness for the GCN. You start with Eevee and can evolve it to Espeon, with the downside being you don’t get another Pokémon until Voltorb (Electrode) after the Shadow Pokémon Lab
