Ryo Onishi is one of the best Toei animators out there.
In the early stages of his career, he was often called to animate weekly shows like One Piece (in which he was a regular from Thriller Bark to Sabaody), but after not so long, he became one of the "special guests" at Toei, only animating in big shows, seasonal ones, or animating entire minutes long sequences in movies.
His timing is extremely bouncy, maybe the best there is out there, bringing character to life thanks to his extraordinary character acting and his elegant fight sequences.
His effects are very very modern, soft and bubbly, his animations are full of them.
