Ryobi does have one that has 2 USB chargers only. available in their Australia stores which I think Are called Bunnings. Kinda like their version of Home depot. I got mine on eBay I think for about 50 bucks 6 months ago. I use it all the time.

If you like going camping and need reliable power get a 200 watt solar panel kit like from Renogy. And maybe 200 amp/hour of batteries. And install them to the roof of your SUV , Van etc. I believe Ryobi sells a 12 or 18 volt DC Charger that would work with charging those Ryobi batteries any time they need charging supplied from the Solar Kit.

If they made this like the 18V 6-port charger and made it to output 1100W max, 11A socket (1 or 2) for $119-149 region, I'd buy two. I wouldn't even complain if it HAS to be all new sensor type batteries to work. I got a bit spoiled. When you've had a taste of what the DeWalt power station does, 150W is kinda like nothing. Coffee maker (kettle) uses 1000W. TV uses 40W-60W. DeWalt fan uses about 13W.

I really loved mine, we take them when we go fishing or camping and it will literally keep two phones charged for 3 days while using your phone consistently

I like this one way better than the Australian version and the best of all is that I got it for free when you buy a two pack 3Ah or Ryobi batteries for $99. Just this is $80 + tax it’s self! The offer is right now.

Believe it or not, I can run my dometic cfxdz950 for a couple of hours (with the 9ah batt.)with this inverter...the fan on it will kick up to high when I put the fridge on it...so it seems to be putting out about 4-5 amps for that period of time...I didn't think it could work, but it has gotten me out of a pinch while I charged up the plb40...

I see these just went on sale down to 60 bucks at home depot. I think I'll have to add one to the collection.

Ryobi for a sales boost should make all their battery's with a USB port . I have many Ryobi cordless tools both 18 volt and 40 which at price point and return/ warranty policies at Home Depot I have little complain about. I have both 18 / 40 volt inverters the 18 volt paired with their 4AH or better battery seems to out preform the 40 volt model .

I found this can power a 15 amp 12 volt battery charger, which charges my deep cycle battery, which is hookup up to my 3000 watt inverter. The problem is 9.0 batteries are really enough to charge a 110 amp deep cycle battery. I'm try to figure out if there is a way to connect the 18 volt batteries in parallel for more charge time.

Daughter just purchased one today, but it does not have the battery life indicator. She tried to charge laptop and cellphone turned green then red, and flashlight didn’t work. Do you have to let charge first. We have been without power since Monday

You can double up two inverters in parallel for 300 watts.
@DoresoomReviews3 жыл бұрын
No, there's no way to synchronize their 60Hz clocks. If the waveforms aren't timed the same, you could end up with zero output instead of double.

Can you run work tools with this you have to be concerned about the wattage correct
@toolboss84105 жыл бұрын
Yes sir can't really run any power tools with this
@DoresoomReviews3 жыл бұрын
You can run a Dremel 4200 off of it, unless you really bog it down. That tool is rated for 1.6A. So anything with a motor under that amperage value it should be able to handle. Most tools need a lot more than that though.

Will this run one of those super efficient RV fridges? I just ordered one, it says it's 60w max, should be good to go right? I'm new to electrical stuff. If it did, obviously wouldn't run very long, but I just want it for trips to the beach, got lots of one+ batteries.
@rock442605 жыл бұрын
Man - it just seems a little pricey....I mean $79??? I was thinking a good price would be around $39.99 And one other thing Boss.. I am invested into the Ryobi platform.... BUT- I do notice that with some smart shopping and patience.. I could get into the Milwaukee line without spending alot more.

The 150W 18V inverter is not pure sine wave. I took an oscilloscope to it and it's practically a square wave.

This thing is garbage mines burned out by only using the USB to charge my phone, I never used the 120 outlet don't buy. Wait till Ryobi realizes that it is junk and lowers the price and hopefully you get one that last
