Thanks for a solid honest review, I still may be interested but looking for something more powerful for my property

I love my Ryobi vacuum. I use my leaf blower to pile up the DRY leaves, then use my Ryobi to suck/cut them up. Next, I'll empty the bag in my melon gardens and rototill in the mulched leaves that helps prepare my soil for spring planting. I get four bagsful per battery charge. Four years use now, original battery.

Can you compare this to the newer brushless leaf vacuum/mulcher/blower RY404015? Thank you

so I started a business with Ryobi push mower, trimmer, blower and hedger. My only thing is the battery dies so fast. How do you run full time business with ryobi and the short lifespan of the battery? I feel like I made a mistake investing in ryobi products.

I started my business January 2023 and yes I’ve burnt through a couple of batteries literally 2, right now I don’t leave the house without (8) 6AH Batteries and (2) 4 AH and (1) 5 AH Batteries, I only use the 6AH batteries for the mower depends how many lawns you have and the length of the grass itself. Based on the amount of houses I do per day 6-8 it’s plenty. But that’s of courses based on the size of the properties I’m mowing. All things I took into consideration. Ryobi is great solid entry point brand, if you want to keep electric powered business, Ego is the next level up

I use this for vacuuming ***close*** around the house - by the door-entrances or rock beds. These spots are a pain with the blower because I cant get close enough to the house to blow away the leaves -and - if I blow towards the house I make more of a mess and takes longer to clean the entrances. Once I have cleaned those areas - I switch over to the blower to blow things away from the house. As far as mulching - Its not worth the time and hastle for me - I would rather get another green can or fill a some extra bags.

This is precisely what this is for. Those smaller jobs per se

Thanks for the review. I've realized that it wouldn't work for me with the amount of leaves I have
@Greenergroundslawnservice3 ай бұрын
@@sleslie6395 definitely a big no for excessive amounts.

what I do is get my 40v Ryobi blower and move all the leaves and twigs and stuff in a pile then with a little elbow grease pick it up.. I guess this would be good for a person that has a bad back or a small yard.. but its still bulky to me.
@Greenergroundslawnservice3 ай бұрын
Agreed! And the suction is really only good for smaller stuff, definitely not a drop of dew or rain on the leaves.
@greatfullded3 ай бұрын
@@Greenergroundslawnservice Too bad this didnt have the suction as a dry vac.. then it would be alot better but at first it was not that powerful to take in alot at once.. and as you said with wet leaves or freshly cut leaves it would not like that..

Good review. Yeah looks like it’s good for small projects only… I’ll stick to a rake, pushbroom, blower… vac seems unnecessary
