Here we Review the Ryobi Expand-It Attatchment for cutting down thick weeds. We test it against Oak tree shoots. We then add the very effective Foster 9 inch circular blade. Basically a marriage between a circular saw and a chain saw. It cuts through the Oak tree shoots like a Hot Knife Through Butter.
