I’ve become a big fan of Murata since learning about him after the GGG fight and reading the story of his amateur career. But I have never seen someone who made it to such a high level with such little head movement as he has.

Unfortunately he listened to his corner, gave away rounds, took punishment, and expected his opponent to tire. His corner never adjusted and looked as if they never had a plan b. Got a feeling about this fighter. Only the first fight I’ve seen him in but seems to me based upon what I’ve seen he’s better then what he gave and took this night. Gonna go see if there was a rematch clause or a second. Congratulations to the winning team; beautiful fight plan and fantastic conditioning.

If this is the epitome of what a threat to the legacy of Gennady Golovkin is supposed to look like then I really pity murata because triple G is at least twenty times the beast as this man in front of him even at the late stage of his career and 40 yrs old. Good luck to both fighters come Saturday night.

You should watch the rematch. Not saying he will beat Golovkin, but I think he has enough power to at least make it interesting

@@CrownedOneBoxing I just watched the rematch again it will be a slaughter IF triple G actually shows up to the fight to actually fight his style instead of trying to "box" with him. Triple G is very dangerous and puts tremendous pressure on his opponents when he shows up to fight the style of fighting he done against Clenelo Alvaroids in their first fight. I hope murata has a good night with triple G I hope they both make it home safe but I just don't see any venue where this individual defeats Triple G. I know it's not over til it's over but I stand by my dude (GGG) the same as I've always done. Triple G had a perfect record and the only smear on it whatsoever was caused by corruption and Adelaide Byrd. I wish they would convict her and everyone else responsible for having a hand in on all the corruption in Las Vegas Nevada. It's such a sad shame that Triple G's dream was to unify the titles and then the little red cinnamon booger left a stain on G's otherwise outstanding record. I just can't root for any other team besides triple G's team after what I witnessed happen to him in Vegas. But I do hope everyone makes it home safe to their families after this .

@@thelegion3682 yeah. I'm hoping for an interesting fight. If it's the GGG we saw against Canelo, he should take it easily, but he's been out of the ring for a while and is 40 years old so this will be a good fight to see how much he's got left in the tank. Hopefully enough for a solid fight against Canelo later this year.

Can’t stand Mark Kriegel. I really don’t like Bradley and Ward as commentators too much but i get second hand embarrassment when Kriegel tries to tell these guys shit about what it takes or what the guy needs to do. Bradley and Ward fought some of the best in the world.

I'm sorry guys but I legitimately feel like I need to ask. What is it with this murata guy that people are saying will be triple G's toughest challenge to date? I legitimately have to know, am I missing something here or is it just fight hype to build up a ppv bout between him and GGG? Trips G takes this man out of there in four I guarantee you. If , and that's a big IF he doesn't do it sooner than the forth round. I will pay and I will watch the fight but this will be a mauling for the Japanese fighter.
