المقادير:
1/2 كوب (120 مل) زيت زيتون
3 اكواب (375 غرام) بصل مفروم
6 فصوص (20 غرام) ثوم مفروم ناعم
1 كوب (60 غرام) كزبرة مفرومة
500 غرام خبيزة مفرومة طازجة او مفرزة
1/2 كوب (120 مل) ماء ساخن
1 ملعقة ونصف ملح
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة سبع بهارات
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود
1/2 كوب (120 مل) عصير ليمون حامض طازج

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil
3 cups (375 g) chopped onions
6 cloves (20 g) minced garlic
1 cup (60 g) chopped cilantro
500 g chopped fresh or frozen malva Mallow (I used frozen)
1/2 cup (120 ml) hot water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp 7 spices
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup (120 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
🌹Instructions🌹
1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat, sauté onions, and salt for 8 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix in garlic stirring for 30 seconds, then add cilantro and continue stirring for 1 minute.
2. Add hibiscus and mix, then cook covered on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Mix in spices and water and continue cooking covered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until tender and fully cooked.
3. Turn the heat off and mix in lemon juice. Serve at room temperature with pita bread.
