How to Prepare for a Recording Studio Session (for Drummers)

This is mostly for drummers, but any musician needs to do similar things to get ready to have a great recording. There are really 5 simple, common sense steps that ought to be obvious but somehow people still miss.
Practice to a click, learn your songs, use a scratch track, use functional gear that sounds ok, tune your drums. Thats pretty much it. Sounds easy, takes some time to get right.
