39:23 Carl played uno mas levels (and troll levels) that uses that trick. The creater put a big muncher down there, attached a long launcher to it, put a small muncher on top of the launcher and a blue falling platform under the smal muncher. And for weird reasons when you come from the left the big muncher has teleported on top of the small one and when you pick up the pow the big muncher goes back to it's original place. Without the blue platform it doesn't work.
