Ryu, for the deathless excerpt challenge, may I suggest a small rule change: you are able to continue on a challenge if the number of lives at the end of the leve is 100, that is you can die up to three times but you must get 3 1ups to counter any losses. If you die 4 times its over or if you don't get enough 1 ups to counter the losses it's over. The give you a slightly better chance to finish and bring back getting 1ups and checkpoints in a limited way to this challenge.

i think before SMM1 goes down forever, he should just try to do this challenge slightly different, and instead of deathless, just try to end every stage at 100 lives. So basicaly 3 attempts each as long as he can get 3 1ups. If he ends up dying more than 3 times or unable to net the 1ups at the end he needs to restart the run.

Before mario maker 1 ends, you should do a video where you go back and replay some classic levels from back in the day, like from your most popular endless expert vids. maybe compare how fast you can complete them now versus back then? I can think of loads that'd be great to watch you replay (they all might be garbage though)

I just wish more people enjoyed playing Mario maker 1 and 2. I've spent alot of time making levels and some get banned to the shadow realm because someone dies one time. Sure I probably have like 100k+ plays but I've probably spent 1khrs making over the few games. Biggest mm problem

My point is the Nintendo rating system currently is a joke. It all depends on who plays your level when uploaded. Or it'll have to wait forever to get played again

SMM1 can't go down forever. I bought a Wii U especially to play this game. I've 2 games in total (SMM1 + Super Mario Bros U) 😂😂😂 Normally I don't support piracy, but in this case it's no problem if someone else hosts an SMM1 server 😉 I don't know if this is possible anyway. Maybe a crowd funding could help to research this idea? I will donate! I bet Nintendo wouldn't like this, but keep SMM1 online.
