Is it overclocked or not? We have the very same laptop, I can't open genshin impact stuck in the loading screen(7 elements loading) I only have 1 ram stick (1x4gb ram) D I need to add another stick so that I can play? Please answer

@Nico Robin for this problem, you need to upgrade the ram to the smallest, minimum 8gb, if possible above 8gb. because later it will affect the integrated VGA, basically the intergreated vga amd will be called VRAM and the Vram comes from the laptop ram. so basically The integrated VGA will take some vram from the ram memory depending on the size of the ram memory. And the problem with overclocking is that I never overclocked, because basically I don't understand how to overclock.
